Free web hosting including PHP support, FTP/SSH access for uploading, email addresses. Pretty much everything that my web host, DreamHost, offers. You can have a trillinux.org subdomain or provide your own domain.
My host now gives me more than 1 TB of bandwidth per month and 20 GB of disk storage. I'm not using even 1% of the bandwidth and only about 10% of the disk space. Since I'm paying the same amount regardless I might as well make it useful.
Since I'm offering this for free first and foremost I don't want to be hosting anything that is making money. Unless of course you are going to pay me. This includes advertisements. Secondly you can't use it for anything that is illegal. Thirdly I would prefer that you be creating an actual website with worthwhile content rather than just using this as a file repository. Also if I don't know you then I'm not likely to answer.
